4. Member is reminded that the charges will be billed to their mobile phone, and asked to press 1 to confirm the charges.
Message played to the user;
“Thank you. To confirm you want to purchase 10 text alerts for $9.99 billed to your mobile phone, press 1 now.”

5. When the member presses 1, they are delivered a $9.99 premium MT confirming that 10 text alerts have been added to their account, along with their 10 bonus minutes.
Premium MT delivered to the member:
“10 text alerts have been added 2 ur Express Connect acct + 10 bonus minutes! $9.99 chgd 2 ur cell bill. 4 help call 1-866-340-4990 or txt HELP. Txt STOP 2 quit”

Member receives a standard rate text alert each time a message is left for them, for the next 10 messages they receive. Example:

Standard rate text message delivered to member: “Express Connect: To confirm ur purchase of 10 txt alerts+10 bonus mins for $9.99 billed 2 ur cell (std txt msg/other chgs may apply) reply YES. Txt STOP 2 quit."

When the member replies YES, they are delivered a $9.99 premium MT confirming that 10 text alerts have been added to their account, along with their 10 bonus minutes.

5. Express Connect IVR system out-dials the member and reconnects them to the service.
